Les Arbres des Montagnes

so this was inspired (probably a little too much) by whit brachna and his crazy mountainscapes

this particular scene is the result of a severe climate change, many years ago this was a tropical forest with huge mountain trees growing among the waterfalls. A cataclysmic climate change occurred and the waterfalls gently froze surrounding the trees in icy tombs.

All that remains is an arctic fungus that grows out of the frozen skeletons of wood and moss
